Ingredients:
16 ozs. butter
10 chicken eggs
1 cup of sugar
1/2 can of condensed milk
1 1/2 glasses of plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup strawberry jam

How to make the cake:
1. Beat sugar and butter until fluffy.
2. Separate beaten eggs until fluffy, then mix with dough- sugar / butter last. Mix thoroughly and evenly.
3. Stir in the flour, baking powder, vanilla and sweet milk. Stir well.
4. Dough is divided into two parts;
The first dough-coloring with green dye
The second dough - Blending the mix with strawberry jam
5. Steamed / baked in the cake layers until the dough runs out.

Satu adunan dicampur dengan serbuk koko dan browning sugar. Satu lagi adunan dicampurkan dengan horlick dan sedikit pewarna kuning. Sediakan acuan dan cara membuatnya adalah begini: Tompokkan mana-mana yang disukai berlapis-lapis hingga kesemua adunan habis. Bakar dengan api yang sederhana sehingga masak.

Kek Dewan Parlimen

Bahan:

10 biji telur ayam

16 ozs. Butter

2 gelas tepung roti marie

¼ gelas air suam

1 tin kaya

1kg roti cocopuff

1 botol horlick (saiz kecil-250g)

1½ gelas gula halus

1 sudu teh vanilla

Cara-cara membuatnya:

Pukul mentega dengan gula hingga kembang. Masukkan telur satu persatu sampai habis dan kacau rata. Horlick dicampur dengan kaya dan air suam, bancuh sampai sebati. Masukkan kedalam adunan gula/telur tadi dan gaul rata. Akhir sekali masukkan vanilla.

Siapkan acuan, masukkan adunan kedalam acuan (agak-agak dalam satu senduk) dan kukus. Bila adunan sudah masak, angkat acuan, dan susun roti cocopuff rapat-rapat diatas adunan tadi. Selepas itu, masukkan satu senduk adunan keatas roti yang telah disusun tadi dan kukus semula adunan. Ulang proses menyusun sehingga adunan habis. Kukus adunan tadi selama 2 jam / sehingga masak.

Kek Lapis Strawberi

Bahan:

10 biji telur ayam

½ tin susu manis

16 ozs. Mentega

1 gelas gula halus

1½ gelas tepung gandum

1 sudu teh baking powder

1 sudu the vanilla

1 cawan jem strawberi

Cara-cara membuatnya:

Mula-mula, pukul mentega dan gula hingga kembang. Telur dipukul berasingan hingga kembang, barulah dicampur dengan adunan mentega/gula tadi. Gaul adunan hingga sebati dan rata. Kemudian, masukkan tepung, baking powder, vanilla dan susu manis. Gaul adunan hingga sebati. Bahagikan adunan kepada 2 bahagian. Adunan pertama, campurkan dengan sedikit pewarna hijau. Adunan kedua, dicampurkan dengan jem strawberi dan sedikit pewarna merah. Akhir sekali, kukus adunan berlapis-lapis sehingga masak.
